1. Be familiar with basic knowledge of philosophy, political science, sociology, psychology, history and other social sciences, and understand the basic knowledge of literature and art.
2. Master knowledge of advanced mathematics and engineering mathematics, basic knowledge of information science, knowledge of sustainable development, and current status and trends of contemporary science and technology development.
3. Master a foreign language, and the basic principles of computer and information technology and related knowledge.
4. Master engineering technology knowledge including civil engineering drawing and drafting, civil engineering materials, engineering mechanics, civil engineering construction technology, building structure construction and level drawing, etc.; master engineering cost management knowledge such as management, operation research, engineering costing, engineering project management, engineering cost control and management, engineering measurement and pricing, construction organization and planning, etc.; master economic and financial management knowledge such as construction engineering economy, accounting fundamentals, engineering finance, etc. Master knowledge of economic and financial management, such as construction engineering regulations, bidding and contract management, etc.; master the knowledge of laws and regulations and contract management, such as construction engineering regulations, bidding and contract management, etc.; be familiar with knowledge of information technology, such as engineering measurement and pricing software and its application, engineering cost information management, etc.
5. Understand the basic knowledge of urban and rural planning, architecture, municipal administration, environment, equipment, electric, transportation, gardening, as well as finance and insurance, business administration, public management and other related fields. |
