The Department of Higher Education of the Ministry of Education (MOE) issued the MOE Notification of 2024 First Cohort of Industry-University Partnership Projects. GZIST ‘s seven faculty members have secured the following MOE approvals: FANG Bin “Under the Backdrop of Interdisciplinary Faculty Development for Art-Related Courses in General Production of Art Design”; CHEN Shaoying “The Development and Practice of Faculty Team In International Trade Led by Discipline Competition”; LIU Yanhua “AIGC Enpowered Ancient Poetry Decoding for Multimodal Intangible Heritage Revitalization and Simulation”; WANG Yang “Upgrading of Faculty Skills in Digital Painting Software in the Context of Multidimensional Education”; WU Xiongwei “Smart Finance Teaching and Faculty Training”; LIN Yongman “Higher Vocational College 3+2 Curriculum Reform for Auto Intelligent Technology-The Case of Guangdong A&M Vocational College”; and ZHONG Guifeng “Exploration and Research on Innovation and Entrepreneurship for Universities’ Mathematical and Intelligent Talents”.
Industry-University Partnership Projects is an MOE mechanism of deepening universities’ collaboration for people development in accordance with the State Council Directives Regarding Industry-Teaching Integration. The MOE Department of Higher Education organizes enterprises and universities to implement the policy for promoting linkup between education, talents and industry chains.
The seven projects of our university are a new breakthrough for further exploring new ways of our integration, teaching reform and upgrading of our comprehensive capabilities.
